  5. Paragon Metal Fabricators Expands to Pendleton County with $6.1M Investment
Paragon Metal Fabricators is creating 40 jobs with a $6 million investment in a new Falmouth, Kentucky, facility, reviving a former Hammer Strength site. This move strengthens Pendleton County’s economy and showcases Paragon’s growth.

On April 10, 2025, Business Daily Network reported that Paragon Metal Fabricators, operating as Muehlenkamp Properties Inc., will invest over $6 million to establish a new manufacturing facility in Falmouth, Pendleton County, creating 40 high-quality jobs. The project repurposes a facility previously occupied by Hammer Strength, which closed in March 2025 due to consolidation, and marks Paragon’s second Kentucky location.

The new facility will feature advanced machinery, including sheet and tube lasers, to enhance production for industries like oil and gas, filtration, and heavy equipment. Governor Andy Beshear noted, “Paragon Metal Fabricators will be a tremendous addition to the Falmouth community, bringing with them quality job opportunities and a boost to the local economy.” By hiring local talent, including former Hammer Strength workers, Paragon supports community resilience.

President Bryan Muehlenkamp emphasized the company’s roots, stating, “Our family is from Northern Kentucky, and we are proud Kentuckians.” Supported by a 15-year Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority incentive offering up to $1 million in tax incentives, this expansion aligns with Kentucky’s thriving manufacturing sector.
