  5. Paragon Metal Fabricators Brings New Life to Falmouth
Paragon Metal Fabricators is investing $6.1 million in a new Falmouth, Kentucky, facility, creating 40 jobs and revitalizing a former Hammer Strength site. This expansion boosts Pendleton County’s economy and reinforces Paragon’s commitment to quality manufacturing.

Paragon Metal Fabricators is expanding its footprint in Kentucky with a $6.1 million investment in a new manufacturing facility in Falmouth, Pendleton County, as announced on April 10, 2025. This project will create 40 high-quality jobs and repurpose a facility previously operated by Hammer Strength, which closed in March 2025. The new operation will feature advanced equipment like sheet and tube lasers, enabling Paragon to meet growing demand in industries such as oil and gas, filtration, and heavy equipment.

Governor Andy Beshear celebrated the move, noting its significance for the local economy: “Paragon Metal Fabricators will be a tremendous addition to the Falmouth community, bringing quality job opportunities.” The project, supported by a 15-year state incentive agreement, aligns with Kentucky’s record-breaking economic growth and highlights Pendleton County’s resilience after Hammer Strength’s closure.

Founded in 1989, Paragon remains a family-owned leader in metal fabrication. President Bryan Muehlenkamp expressed pride in the expansion, stating, “We are proud Kentuckians, excited about our continued growth in the commonwealth.” By employing local talent, including former Hammer Strength workers, Paragon is strengthening both its business and the Falmouth community.
