Paragon Metal Fabricators is creating 40 jobs with a $6 million investment in a new Falmouth, Kentucky, manufacturing facility. By repurposing a former Hammer Strength site, Paragon is driving economic growth and innovation in Pendleton County.

Paragon Metal Fabricators, operating as Muehlenkamp Properties Inc., is expanding its operations with a new $6 million manufacturing facility in Falmouth, Pendleton County, as announced on April 12, 2025. This investment will create 40 high-quality jobs and revitalize a facility previously occupied by Hammer Strength, which closed in March 2025. The new operation, Paragon’s second in Kentucky, will feature advanced machinery, including sheet and tube lasers and enhanced forming equipment, to boost production for industries like oil and gas, filtration, and heavy equipment.

Governor Andy Beshear highlighted the project’s impact, stating, “Paragon Metal Fabricators will be a tremendous addition to the Falmouth community, bringing with them quality job opportunities and a boost to the local economy.” The company will leverage the skilled workforce from Hammer Strength, ensuring a smooth start. “Our family is from Northern Kentucky, and we are proud Kentuckians,” said President Bryan Muehlenkamp, emphasizing Paragon’s commitment to the region.

Supported by a 15-year Kentucky Business Investment program incentive, offering up to $1 million in tax incentives, this project strengthens Kentucky’s manufacturing sector, which has seen over $35 billion in investments under Gov. Beshear’s leadership.
